Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is correct and that you agree to these terms. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Prices & Payment

All prices are shown in SEK and include applicable VAT where required. Any shipping costs are displayed at checkout before the order is completed.

Payment is processed securely through the payment methods available at checkout.

Artwork

Colours and appearance may vary slightly between the photographs shown on the website and the original artwork due to differences in screens, lighting and photography.

All artworks remain the intellectual property of Ola Blomgren. Purchasing an artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the buyer.

Shipping

Orders are carefully packaged and shipped from Sweden. Available shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and carrier.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from eligible online purchases within 14 days of receiving the order. Please see the Returns & Refunds Policy for full information.

Custom-made or commissioned artworks created specifically according to the customer's individual requirements may be exempt from the right of withdrawal.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If an artwork arrives damaged or is otherwise faulty, please contact info@olablomgren.com as soon as possible and include photographs where relevant.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
