Returns & Refunds

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact me at info@olablomgren.com. The artwork must be returned in its original condition and carefully packaged.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Once the returned artwork has been received, or you have provided proof that it has been sent back, the purchase price and the cost of standard delivery will be refunded using the original payment method. Additional delivery costs resulting from choosing a more expensive shipping option than the standard delivery are not refundable.

If your artwork arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me as soon as possible and include photographs of the artwork and packaging. In the case of a valid complaint regarding a damaged or faulty item, you will not be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Custom-made or commissioned artworks that have been created specifically according to the customer's individual requirements may be exempt from the right of withdrawal.
